Garden Silk Mills Board recommends 15% dividend

Garden Silk Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 04, 2007, inter alia, has proposed Dividend @ 15% (Previous year @ 15%) on 38290560 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from November 06, 2007 to November 13, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend.

The stock was trading at Rs.68, down by Rs.2.70 or 3.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.74.90 and low of Rs.67.50.

The total traded quantity was 8810 compared to 2 week average of 24517.
