Omaxe Ltd has announced that the Company has made following investments for making the under mentioned Companies wholly owned subsidiaries.

The company has made an investment of Rs 1,00,000/- in the equity shares of M/s. Omaxe Powers Pvt Ltd.

The company invested Rs 5,00,000/- in the equity shares of M/s. Omaxe Infrastructure & Construction Pvt Ltd and Rs 140,00,00,000/- by way of investment in the equity shares of M/s. Satvik Hitech Builders Pvt Ltd.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.316.40, down by Rs.14.15 or 4.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.337.90 and low of Rs.314.05.
