ABG Heavy to change name as ABG Infralogistics Ltd

ABG Heavy Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 19, 2007, inter alia, has resolved the following:

1. Approved the change of name of the Company from 'ABG Heavy Industries Ltd' to 'ABG Infralogistics Ltd' subject to the approval of the members in Extra-Ordinary General Meeting.

2. Decided to convene Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on October 15, 2007.
