Lupin Ltd allots 89183 shares under ESOP

The Allotment Committee of Directors of Lupin Ltd at its meeting held on August 25, 2016 has allotted 89183 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of options granted to the employees under Stock option plans of the Company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid up capital of the Company has been increased to Rs. 90,21,40,516 consisting 45,10,70,258 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of LUPIN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1522.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1521.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 111835 in over 4962 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1534.9 and intraday low of 1509. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 170591992.
