The Board of Directors of Oceanaa Biotek Industries Ltd at their meeting held on July 30, 2016 have allotted 42,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as bonus shares to those shareholders who are entitled to the same as on the record date fixed for this purpose, July 30, 2016.
