The Board of Directors of Gujarat State Petronet Ltd at its Meeting held on July 30, 2016 has approved allotment of 47,950 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2010 (ESOP - 2010) consequent to which the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 5,63,37,50,300 to Rs. 5,63,42,29,800.
