Wockhardt Ltd allots 39125 Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of Stock Options under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011

The Share Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Wockhardt Ltd has allotted 39,125 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each on July 28, 2016, pursuant to exercise of employee stock options under Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2011 of the Company.

In view of the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 552,544,515/- (110,508,903 equity share of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 552,740,140/- (110,548,028 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each).
