Equitas Holdings Ltd approves allotment of 1086971 Equity shares on exercise of Employee Stock Options

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of Equitas Holdings Ltd in its meeting held on July 22, 2016 has approved an allotment of 10,86,971 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the option grantees who have exercised their options.

The Company is in the process of applying for the final listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE to complete the rest of the issue formalities.

The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs.335,74,12,940 to Rs. 336,82,82,650.
