Capital First Ltd allots Non Convertible Debentures for Rs. 55 crores

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd vide Resolution passed by Circulation on June 30, 2016, approved the allotment of Rated, Listed, Secured, Non-Convertible securities in the nature of Debentures ("NCDs").

The Company has raised Rs. 55,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Five Crores only) by issue of NCD's on private placement basis.

The Debenture Committee vide Resolution passed by Circulation today i.e. June 30, 2016 has approved allotment of 550 NCDs having the Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs Only) each.

The said NCDs shall be listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.567.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 548.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35703 in over 1446 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 571 and intraday low of 552. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 20119205.
