HDFC allots 1080680 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on June 23, 2016 allotted 10,80,680 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 316,41,04,080 consisting of 158,20,52,040 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1242.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1238.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 67537 in over 2946 trades.
