AXIS Bank allots 2,27,099 equity shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 2,27,099 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 20.02.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 512,99,89,044 (256,49,94,522 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 5,13,04,43,242 (2,56,52,21,621 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.531.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 539.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 178029 in over 2065 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 547.5 and intraday low of 529.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 96208582.
