AXIS Bank allots 241250 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 2,41,250 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 12.02.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 512,95,06,544 (256,47,53,272 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 512,99,89,044 (256,49,94,522 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.562.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 557.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 254133 in over 2302 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 567.5 and intraday low of 555. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 143237867.
