AXIS Bank allots 1,43,320 equity shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 1,43,320 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 26.02.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5,13,04,43,242 (2,56,52,21,621 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,07,29,882 (256,53,64,941 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.549.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 536.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 254031 in over 3339 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 554.6 and intraday low of 537.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 139310350.
