Tata Steel Ltd Fixes Book Closure for Dividend & 109th AGM

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of Tata Steel Ltd will remain closed from July 30, 2016 to August 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 109th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 12, 2016.

The dividend if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM will be paid on and from August 16, 2016.

Shares of TATA STEEL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.325 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 324.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1341136 in over 17665 trades.
