Websol Energy System Limited - Business Updates

Websol Energy System Limited (Websol or the Company) (BSE: 517498, NSE: WEBELSOLAR), has successfully secured three purchase orders, totalling 85.5 MW for solar modules. These orders, valued at Rs. 172 crores, are currently in production and are scheduled for delivery by May'26. The orders are from the following clients: Bekem Infra Projects, Sri Avantika Contractors and Kosol Energie.

In addition, we would like to clarify that the recently imposed U.S. tariffs on solar imports will have no impact on Websol's operations, as the Company does not currently have exports to the United States.
