HCP Plastene Bulkpack Limited has officially started commercial operations at its new manufacturing unit in Vadodara, Gujarat, as announced on February 25, 2026.

Unit Location and Product Focus

The facility is located at 238, 239, 240, 241, Taluka Padra, opposite Somnath Petrolpump, Dabhasa, Vadodara, Gujarat, 391440. It specializes in the manufacturing and dispatch of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBC) produced from woven polypropylene (PP) fabric, available with or without polyethylene (PE) liner.

Operational Specifications

Commercial production began on February 25, 2026. The unit boasts an installed capacity of 300 metric tons (MT) per month. Total investment in the facility approximates Rs. 3.00 crores, entirely funded through internal accruals.

This expansion serves dual objectives: capacity augmentation and leveraging a strategic location for improved logistics and market access. The initiative directly supports the company's growth strategy by bolstering operational capabilities and expanding market presence in the bulk packaging sector.
