AXIS Bank Ltd raises Senior Notes in the International Market

The Board of Directors of AXIS Bank Ltd, on May 18, 2016, has passed a resolution approving the allotment of two Senior Notes aggregating to USD 10,000,000 (USD Ten Million only) each, under the MTN Programme through its Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) branch.

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.489.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 486.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 475043 in over 4888 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 491.45 and intraday low of 482.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 231646241.
