Gokul Solutions Ltd appoints additional director

The Board of Directors of Gokul Solutions Ltd at its meeting held on May 11, 2016 at 11.00 AM, has announced changes in Board.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Agarwal has decided to leave the Company and has accordingly submitted his resignation citing personal reasons. The Board has accepted his resignation and has consented to relieve him of his responsibilities effective close of business hours on May 12, 2016. The Board acknowledges his leadership to the Company.

Mr. Krishna Kumar Mishra has been appointed as the additional director of the Company with effect from May 13, 2016.
