Lokesh Machines Board recommends 10% final dividend

Lokesh Machines Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2007, inter alia , has recommended a final dividend of 10% after the interim dividend of 15% declared earlier. The total dividend payout for the year is 25% amounting to Rs 294.44 Lacs.
