Haryana Leather Board recommends 5% final dividend

Haryana Leather Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 23, 2007, inter alia, has recommended final dividend @ 5% (Re 0.50 paisa per share) for the financial year 2006-07.
