Bhushan Steel Ltd announces change in the Nominee Director by LIC

The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) vide their e-mail dated April 06, 2016 has withdrawn Mrs. Sunita Sharma as their Nominee Director and proposed Mr. Vipin Anand, Executive Director, LIC as their Nominee Director on the Board of Bhushan Steel Ltd.

Shares of BHUSHAN STEEL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.37.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 55777 in over 643 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 38.2 and intraday low of 36.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2089012.
