UFO Moviez India Ltd Board declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of UFO Moviez India Ltd at its meeting held on March 11, 2016, has approved payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2015-16 @ Rs. 5 per equity share on the face value of Rs. 10/- each.

The said interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders on or before March 31, 2016.

The meeting commenced at 12:30 p.m. and concluded at 01:40 p.m.
