Modis Navnirman Limited, one of Mumbai's rapidly growing real estate developers, marked a key milestone with the successful Bhoomi Poojan ceremony of its upcoming residential and commercial project, Rashmi Avenue, located at CTS No. 829, Village Eksar, Kandarpada, Dahisar (West), Mumbai. This milestone marks the formal commencement of construction for a thoughtfully planned mixed-use development in one of the city's evolving suburban micro-markets.
