Duncans Industries Ltd announces change in Directorate

Mr. Kanhaiya Lal Garg, has been appointed as Special Director, BIFR of Duncans Industries Ltd in place of Mr. S. K. Kinra, Who has ceased to be the Special Director, BIFR.

Mr. D. Sengupta, Independent Director has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.

Shares of DUNCANS INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.15.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 16.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10711 in over 28 trades.
