Gangotri Cement fixes Book Closure for AGM

Gangotri Cement Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 26, 2007 to September 29, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 28, 2007.
