Prostarm Info Systems Ltd receives LOA from Solarium Green Energy Ltd

Prostarm Info Systems Limited (the "Company") has received a Letter of Award (LOA) as a sub-contractor from Solarium Green Energy Limited for execution of the complete Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for a 50 MWac Solar PV Power Project, excluding 3 years of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services in the state of Maharashtra, awarded under a project of Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MAHAGENCO). The total order value is approximately ₹165 Crores (Rupees One Hundred Sixty-Five Crores only) exclusive of GST. The same has been accepted on April 07, 2026.
