Dhabriya Polywood Ltd purchases factory premises

Dhabriya Polywood Limited ("the Company") has, purchased a factory premises (i.e. industrial land & building) admeasuring 2436 sq. meters, situated at Plot No. B-10(A,D,D1)A, Malviya Nagar Industrial Area, Jaipur - 302017, which is located opposite to the existing factory premises cum registered office of the Company, for a total consideration of Rs. 22.46 crore.

The new factory premises will be utilized for the Company's future expansion plans which includes addition of capacity enhancement of new products as well as existing product lines. The said purchase has been funded through internal accruals & partial bank funding.

Shares of Dhabriya Polywood Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 311.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 325.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21300 in over 449 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 326.95 and intraday low of 295.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6716796.00.
