Federal Bank fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Federal Bank Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from August 21, 2007 to August 22, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on September 24, 2007.
