KEC International Ltd Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation

The High Court of Judicature at Bombay passed the order approving the Scheme of Amalgamation ('the Scheme") of Jay Railway Projects Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KEC International Ltd with the Company on December 11, 2015. Further, the Scheme is effective from the date of filing the certified copy of the court order with the Registrar of Companies. In this connection, please note that the court order was filed with the Registrar of Companies on December 30, 2015.

Accordingly, Jay Railway Projects Private Limited has amalgamated with the Company w.e.f. December 30, 2015.

Shares of KEC INTERNATIONAL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.156.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 155.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 278013 in over 3763 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 164.15 and intraday low of 156.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 44375435.
