Central Bank of India declares 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 0.20

The Board of Directors of Central Bank of India at their meeting held today i.e. Friday, 16th January, 2026 at Mumbai has considered and approved 03rd Interim Dividend at 2% i.e. Rs.0.20 per equity share having face value of Rs.10 each of Bank for FY 2025-26.

The Bank has fixed Friday, 23rd January, 2026 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members for payment of 03rd Interim Dividend for the financial year 2025-26.

Shares of Central Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 38.57 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.28. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2294705 in over 4292 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 39.75 and intraday low of 38.46. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 89640058.00.
