Wipro Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors ("Board") of Wipro Limited ("Company"), have at their meeting held over January 15-16, 2026, considered and approved the payment of interim dividend of ₹ 6/- per equity share of par value ₹ 2/- each to the Members of the Company as on January 27, 2026, being the Record Date. The payment of Interim Dividend will be made on or before February 14, 2026.

Shares of Wipro Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 267.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 260.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 528912 in over 7291 trades.
