Mangalore Chemicals Cancels Book Closure

With reference to the earlier Book Closure Dates (i.e. from August 21, 2007 to August 29, 2007) & 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 29, 2007, Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd has announced that the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on August 29, 2007 has been postponed. The new date for the Annual General Meeting and the relevant books closure dates will be intimated in due course.
