Market Creators Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2007, has considered that the Draft Letter of Observation (DLOO) for proposed Rights Issue of 50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up aggregating to Rs 5,00,00,000 only in the ratio 1 Equity share of 1 Equity share held, at par, is to be resubmitted to SEBI and the appropriate authority/ies, incorporating the results of FY. 2006-07.
