Subex Ltd allots 8623768 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Subex Ltd has allotted 86,23,768 equity shares pursuant to the conversion of US$ 2,000,000 out of the Company's US$ 33.29 million bonds that are outstanding under the US$ 127,721,000 5.70% secured convertible bonds due 2017 on December 09, 2015. Post the conversion, FCCBs aggregating to US$ 31.29 million are outstanding under the said Bonds.

Subject to the listing & trading approval of the NSE and BSE the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 378,88,80,910 to Rs. 387,51,18,590.

Shares of SUBEX LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.12.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5552349 in over 5572 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 12.75 and intraday low of 11.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 67906479.
