SJVN Ltd appoints 4 independent directors

The Ministry of Power vide its order dated November 17, 2015 has appointed Shri Ganesh Dutt, Shri S.S. Uppal, Dr. Rajni Sarin and Shri Praveen Bhai Patel as Non-Official Part time Directors (Independent Directors) on the Board of SJVN Ltd for a period of three years or until further orders.

Shares of SJVN Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.28.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 28.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 55791 in over 174 trades.
