Deepak Nitrite announces redemption and issue of Commercial Papers

The Commercial Paper of Rs. 30 crores issued by Deepak Nitrite Ltd on July 17, 2015, has been repaid on October 15, 2015.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company has issued Commercial Paper (CP) for Rs. 30 crores value dated October 16, 2015. This has been subscribed by HDFC Bank Ltd having maturity on November 30, 2015.

The aforesaid issuance of CP is to fund working capital requirement of the Company.

Shares of DEEPAK NITRITE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.66.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 65.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14033 in over 103 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 67 and intraday low of 65.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 931017.
