Amit International Ltd reappoints Director

The Board of Directors of Amit International Ltd at its meeting held on September 30, 2015, has approved the re-appointment of Kirti Jethalal Doshi as Director of the Company.

The Board approved the appointment of auditors and appointment of Smt. Rimzim Kirtikumar Doshi as a Director.
