Sampre Nutritions Ltd raises $10 Mn through FCCB

Sampre Nutritions Ltd has received an amount USD $ 10,000,000 towards subscription amount of the FCCB as per the subscription agreement entered with the Lead Arranger - ARIES CAPITAL LIMITED, an investment management company appointed for the purpose of the FCCB Issue against which the company has allotted 100 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds ("FCCBs'/ Bonds) to Global Focus Fund, of USD 100,000 each aggregating to USD 10,000,000 equivalent to ~INR 83 Crores.

Shares of SAMPRE NUTRITIONS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 59.91 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 60.13. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10655 in over 52 trades.
