Aurionpro Solutions Limited allots 2,76,06,765 bonus equity shares

The committee of the Board of directors of Aurionpro Solutions Limited has allotted 2,76,06,765 equity shares of Rs.10 each as fully paid-up Bonus equity shares, on Friday, June 28, 2024.

The Bonus equity shares are allotted in the proportion of 1:1 i.e. one new equity Bonus share of Rs.10/- each for every one existing paid-up equity share of Rs.10/- each, to the eligible Members whose names appear in the register of Members/list of beneficial owners as on June 27, 2024, being the record date fixed for this purpose.

Accordingly, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from 2,76,06,765 equity shares of Rs.10 each, amounting to Rs. 27,60,67,650 to 5,52,13,530 fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10 each, amounting to Rs. 55,21,35,300.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of Aurionpro Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1363.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1432.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5489 in over 987 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1480.00 and intraday low of 1360.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7697898.00.
