NG Industries Ltd appoints CFO

The Board of Directors of NG Industries Ltd at its meeting held on September 28, 2015, have considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Santosh Kumar Thakur as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company with immediate effect, from this date in place of Mr. Rajesh Goenka who will hereinafter continue as a Whole Time Director of the Company.

The Board also considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Pritam Paul as Whole Time Company Secretary as well as compliance officer of the Company with immediate effect, from this date Mr. Rajesh Goenka hereinafter will cease to be the Compliance Officer of the Company from this date.

Shares of N.G.INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.67.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 73.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 339 in over 13 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 71.3 and intraday low of 66.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23258.
