SML MAHINDRA LIMITED reports December 2025 Sales, with strong YoY growth

SML MAHINDRA LIMITED (formerly SML ISUZU Limited) today announced its sales figures for December 2025. The company's total sales for December 2025 stood at 1,044 units, marking a substantial 67% increase compared with December 2024, which recorded 626 units. This uptick reflects solid demand across both major vehicle categories-cargo vehicles and passenger vehicles.

Breaking down the December 2025 performance by category:

Cargo Vehicles: 462 units sold in December 2025, up from 262 units in December 2024, representing a 76% year-over-year rise.

Passenger Vehicles: 582 units sold in December 2025, up from 364 units in December 2024, a 60% year-over-year increase.

For the period April-December 2025-26, the company's sales totaled 11,335 units, compared with 9,593 units in the corresponding period of 2024-25, reflecting an 18% rise. Cargo vehicles contributed 3,820 units for 2025-26 versus 2,770 in 2024-25, a 38% increase. Passenger vehicles contributed 7,515 units for 2025-26 compared with 6,823 units in 2024-25, a 10% rise.

These results underscore a broadening demand across SML MAHINDRA LIMITED's product mix, with notable momentum in the cargo vehicle segment and a steady uplift in passenger vehicles. The management continues to focus on expanding distribution, strengthening after-sales support, and optimizing production to sustain growth through the upcoming fiscal periods.
