Granules India Ltd allots 1,86,56,000 warrants to Tyche Technologies Private Limited, a Promoter group CompanyGranules India Ltd has announced the allotment of 1,86,56,000 warrants to M/s. Tyche Technologies Private Limited, a Promoter group Company at a price of Rs. 95.30 per warrant.

The fully paid-up equity shares of the face value of Rs. 1 each will be allotted on receipt of balance 75% warrant price on each warrant within 18 months from September 7, 2015.
