Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd allots 137492 Equity Shares

The Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Mahindra CIE Automotive Ltd vide its resolution passed on September 03, 2015 issued and allotted 1,37,492 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- pursuant to exercise of options by certain applicants under the Company's Employees' Stock Option Scheme. Consequent to the allotment the paid up capital of the Company has been increased from Rs. 3,231,147,530/- to Rs. 3,232,522,450/-.
