KDDL Ltd approves allotment of 1008400 shares

The Board of Directors of KDDL Ltd at its meeting held on September 02, 2015, has considered and approved the allotment of 10,08,400 (Ten lacs eight thousand and four hundred only) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 297.50 (Rupees two hundred ninety seven and fifty paise only) to SAIF India V Fll Holdings Limited (non-promoter category) on preferential basis in accordance with the provisions as specified under Clause VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 read with sections 42 and 62 of the Companies Act, 2013.

The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Vishal Satinder Sood as an Additional Director (Investor Director) in terms of provisions of Clause 98 (a) of the Articles of Association of the Company.

Shares of KDDL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.248 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 250. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6988 in over 111 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 255 and intraday low of 247. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1738027.
