Indusind Bank Ltd allots 174994 shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 174994 (One Lakh Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Four only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on August 27, 2015 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
