Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd allots 4.7 crore CRPS

The Board of Directors of Schneider Electric Infrastructure Ltd at its meeting held on August 11, 2015, has approved the allotment of 4,70,00,000 (Four Crore Seventy Lac) 8% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of the Company to Energy Grid Automation Transformers and Switchgears India Private limited, its Promoter Company.

Shares of SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.199.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 197.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 73826 in over 1189 trades.
