Shiva Cement Ltd approves preferential issue at Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Shiva Cement Ltd at its meeting held on August 14, 2015, has approved the preferential issue of 5 Million Equity Share Warrants to Promoter's Group at a price of Rs. 6/- per warrant convertible into Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each at a premium of Rs. 4/- per share.

The Board also approved the text of advertisements for inviting Public Deposits.

Shares of SHIVA CEMENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3.89 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3.98. The total number of shares traded during the day was 342172 in over 117 trades.
