Gontermann Peipers Updates on impact of rain on production

With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 11, 2007 regarding "Disruption of operation due to rains", Gontermann Peipers India Ltd has announced that the operations of the Company that were partially affected due to water logging caused by heavy rains have become fully operational now. The plant is presently operating to its full capacity.

Necessary steps have been taken to make good the production loss, which is not substantial.
