Stresscrete India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, for the following:

1. For taking on record the Quarterly Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. For considering the proposal for Rights Issue.
