OK Play India to raise US$10 million through FCCB Issue

OK Play India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds amounting to US$ 10,000,000. The Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds raised will be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, Elara Capital Plc, London was the Lead Manager for the Issue.

The stock was trading at Rs.115.05, up by Rs.6.15 or 5.65%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.119.75 and low of Rs.110. The total traded quantity was 8384 compared to 2 week average of 16974.
